Highlands Ranch: Journalist and military historian Don Cygan has worked as a reporter and a freelance writer. Cygan will read from and sign his new history of World War II, No Silent Night: The Christmas Battle for Bastogne (NAL), coauthored by Leo Barron. For hundreds of German and American soldiers facing off in the siege,
the events of Christmas 1944 would destroy any sense of holiness and
peace on earth. For the soldiers on both sides, and for the brave people
of Bastogne, this would be no silent night.. Can’t make it to the signing? Request an autographed copy here: books@tatteredcover.com Don Cygan’s website
