OUR EVENT WITH NEIL SHUBIN HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL MONDAY, MARCH 4, 7:30 PM, HISTORIC LODO.Historic LoDo: Neil Shubin is the author of the best-selling Your Inner Fish: A Journey into the 3.5-Billion-Year History of the Human Body, which was chosen by the National Academy of Sciences as the best book of the year in 2009. Trained at Columbia, Harvard, and the University of California at Berkeley, Shubin is associate dean of biological sciences at the University of Chicago. In 2011 he was elected to the National Academy of Sciences. Shubin will discuss and sign his fascinating new book The Universe Within: Discovering the Common History of Rocks, Planets, and People ($25.95 Pantheon). Can’t make it to the signing?
