We’ll have candy for the kiddos, and commemorative Halloween bookmarks for every child in costume. All Hallows Read, an idea that writer Neil Gaiman is promoting this year, suggests we all give the gift of a scary books on Halloween this year.  You'll find a few suggestions below.
