The University of Denver Enrichment Program in conjunction with Tattered Cover, presents bestselling author Michael Pollan, who will host an evening on the DU campus to celebrate the publication of his upcoming book Cooked, scheduled to arrive in bookstores this spring. A longtime contributor to The New York Times, he is also the Knight Professor of Journalism at 
UC Berkeley. In 2010, Time magazine named him one of the 100 most influential people in the world.
